Use of ProofBox

ProofBox is a personal purchase-proof vault. You are responsible for confirming saved purchase details, return dates, warranty dates, reminders, and claim-pack contents before relying on them.

No guarantees or professional advice

ProofBox does not provide legal, tax, accounting, repair, insurance, warranty, or retailer-policy advice. ProofBox does not guarantee that any return, refund, warranty claim, repair claim, insurance claim, or reimbursement will be accepted.

AI suggestions

AI results may be incomplete or wrong. ProofBox uses language such as suggested, likely, and editable because you must check retailer and manufacturer policies and confirm every important date.

Your content

You should only upload receipts, photos, notes, and other proof materials you have the right to use. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you save and share.

Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features may include additional scans, proof cards, reminders, claim packs, attachments, PDF export, or other premium functionality. Apple handles App Store purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment method changes under Apple's terms.

Availability

ProofBox may change, pause, or discontinue features. Receipt parsing, cloud sync, AI processing, notifications, sharing, and support forms may depend on third-party services and network availability.
